Wie starte ich mit einer neuen Runde?How do I start a new round?
Öffne den Tab „Runden“ und tippe oben rechts auf das Plus-Symbol. Vergib einen Namen, wähle Datum, Training/Wettkampf, Indoor/Outdoor sowie Auflage und optional ein Runden-Template. Bei Templates werden die Passen automatisch angelegt.
Open the “Rounds” tab and tap the plus icon in the top right. Enter a name, choose date, training/competition, indoor/outdoor, and target face plus an optional template. Templates pre-create the ends.
Gibt es eine Begrenzung in der kostenlosen Version?Is there a limit in the free version?
Die kostenlose Version ist voll nutzbar, begrenzt aber die Anzahl der Runden auf 25. Mit ArrowNotes Pro schaltest du unbegrenzte Runden, iCloud-Sync und die Trefferbildanalyse frei – per einmaligem In‑App‑Kauf.
The free version is fully usable but limits rounds to 25. ArrowNotes Pro unlocks unlimited rounds, iCloud sync, and hit-pattern analysis via a one‑time in‑app purchase.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Zielscheibe und Keypad?What is the difference between target face and keypad?
Die Zielscheibe speichert Trefferpositionen als Marker und eignet sich für die Analyse. Das Keypad ist schneller, speichert aber keine Koordinaten.
The target face stores hit positions as markers and is useful for analysis. The keypad is faster but does not store coordinates.
Wofür sind Matches in einer Runde?What are matches within a round for?
Matches helfen, mehrere Durchgänge innerhalb einer Runde zu trennen, z. B. bei Wettkämpfen. Jede Passe kann einem Match zugeordnet werden.
Matches help separate multiple stages within a round, e.g. in competitions. Each end can be assigned to a match number.

Welche Signale gibt es beim Phasenwechsel?What signals play on phase changes?
Beim Start, beim Wechsel zwischen Vorbereitung/Schießen/Warnung sowie am Ende des Timers können Töne und/oder Haptik ausgegeben werden.
On start, when switching between preparation/shooting/warning, and at the end, the timer can play sounds and/or haptics.
Kann ich Sound und Haptik getrennt ausschalten?Can I disable sound and haptics separately?
Ja. In den Timer-Einstellungen gibt es separate Schalter für Sound und Haptik.

Läuft der Timer weiter, wenn die App im Hintergrund ist?Does the timer keep running in the background?
Der Timer läuft auf dem iPhone weiter und nutzt Systemsignale. Wenn du zur App zurückkehrst, wird die Anzeige aktualisiert.

Wie funktioniert der Datenaustausch mit dem iPhone?How does data exchange with iPhone work?
Die Watch zeigt die letzte Runde, den Pfeilzähler, Statistiken und den Timer an. Sie sendet Eingaben (z. B. Passen, Pfeilzähler, Timer-Start/Pause) direkt an das iPhone und erhält Status-Snapshots zurück.
The watch shows the latest round, arrow counter, statistics, and the timer. It sends inputs (e.g. ends, arrow counter, timer start/pause) to the iPhone and receives status snapshots back.
Was tun bei Verbindungsproblemen?What if the connection fails?
Stelle sicher, dass die Watch in Reichweite ist und Bluetooth/WLAN aktiv sind. Öffne ArrowNotes auf dem iPhone kurz im Vordergrund; die Watch aktualisiert sich danach meist automatisch.

watchOS erlaubt bei Drittanbieter-Apps keine dauerhafte Hintergrundausführung. Daher läuft der Timer auf dem iPhone und die Watch dient als Fernbedienung.
watchOS does not allow continuous background execution for third‑party apps. The timer therefore runs on the iPhone, and the watch acts as a remote.

Aktiviere ArrowNotes in den iOS Systemeinstellungen unter Apple-ID > iCloud. iCloud-Sync ist Teil von ArrowNotes Pro.

Kann ich Daten exportieren?Can I export data?
Ja. In den Einstellungen kannst du ein Backup als Datei exportieren. Import stellt die Daten wieder her und ersetzt vorhandene Inhalte.

Was wird synchronisiert?What gets synchronized?
Runden, Passen, Ausrüstung, Einstellungen und Statistiken werden über iCloud abgeglichen. Der Watch-Sync läuft separat über die direkte Verbindung zwischen iPhone und Watch.
Rounds, ends, equipment, settings, and statistics are synced via iCloud. Watch sync is handled separately through the direct iPhone‑Watch connection.
